The Lake Norman March 2012 Updated Sales
Surprised? Let's look into these stats closer.
- Closed sales up year to date by 6.9% but down for March.
- Sales price up for March 19.3% (Wow!) and 7.4% year to date.
- Inventory is down 18.5% and months supply of inventory is down 23.5%.
In conclusion we have lower inventory and higher prices which is certainly different from other areas of the country.

We are pleased to announce we have added another new feateure to our website. Get Local!! As some of you might have noticed when viewing a property listing page there is a "get local" tab. When clicking this tab you will be presented with neighborhood information including community characteristics, crime rates, population stats, weather and climate and other pertinent information. Below is a screenshot of how this looks and functions.

This year we will be adding various new features to our website. We will be using this blog to highlight different communities and include local news and events in the Lake Norman area. We will be including information on golf communities, condos and entertainment, boating etc. We will be touching on anything Lake Norman related and all agents will be adding entries. Should be fun!!
